Un Día de las Madres for the Books
Celebrated our inaugural MamaCitas Dinner on May 10th at Papa Paul’s, the most important date in our culture, Mother’s Day in Mexico.
On May 10th, the vibrant spirit of Día de las Madres filled the air as we hosted our inaugural MamaCita gathering. It was a joyous occasion filled with laughter, love, and the spirit of sisterhood. We chose a local west valley favorite, Papa Paul’s, located in Litchfield Park, Arizona, just across The Wigwam Resort.
What is MamaCitas? MamaCitas was born with a simple yet powerful mission: to empower mothers in our community. We believe that mothers deserve to be celebrated, nurtured, and supported in their journeys. Our goal is to create a space where women, specially mothers can connect, access valuable resources, and prioritize self-care amidst the demands of motherhood.
The Día de las Madres dinner was a beautiful testament to the power of community. We gathered with our amigas, fellow mommas, and their cherished mothers for an evening of celebration. The air buzzed with excitement as we indulged in delicious Italian food, shared stories, and exchanged heartfelt embraces.
We just love supporting local and Papa Paul’s was the perfect spot to host our MamaCitas.
The event was a delightful blend of fun and meaningful connections. We enjoyed exciting giveaways, participated in a heartwarming flower exchange, and engaged in meaningful conversations about our unique journeys as mothers. We laughed, we cried, and we bonded, forging deep connections with the incredible women in our community.

This first gathering was just the beginning. MamaCitas is committed to providing ongoing support and resources to mothers in our community. We look forward to many more events, workshops, and initiatives designed to empower mothers to thrive.
